How to conduct a Senior Wish / Forget-Me-Not Program

The Oregon Health Care Foundation sponsors 4 trainings per year at its headquarters in Portland to train professionals in the long term care industry on how to conduct Senior Wishes. Our volunteers work very hard to teach the best practices for conducting these programs. The Senior Wish training session also provides attendees with C.E.U. credits.
