Oregon Partnership for Prescription Assistance
The Oregon Partnership for Prescription Assistance (PPA) has been developed to improve access to health services and medications for Oregonians in need. Patient groups, health organizations, physicians, nurses, allied providers, pharmacists, business groups and private and public sector organizations have been invited to participate in this pioneer opportunity.
The program comprises simplified access points for free and discounted medications via a toll-free Call Center at (888) 4PPA-NOW ([888] 477-2669) and a web-based portal for patients, caregivers and doctors at www.pparxor.org. These access points create a simplified and common way to apply for both public and private prescription assistance and to learn about acess to other health services.
